Surtremon is the latest of a long line to pick up the mantle of the General of the Fire Kingdom; a title hard won and hard earned, although far deserved in recognition of Surtremon's accomplishments, skills, and sheer power. With the element of Fire now embedded within his body - and with it, the wills and souls of his soldiers and the very fortress in which he resides - his is the hand which will guide the future of this great nation.
While any change in leadership comes with its own turbulence, Surtremon has thus far more than risen to the task. He is strong and capable, able to see the big picture and make just and fair decisions. He holds a deep respect for the legacy of those before him - and in particular his precedessor Muspelmon - but still has his eyes set towards the future, and he has idyllic aspirations of unity and collaboration between all facets of the digital world. Even those for whom relations with the Fire Kingdom has historically been...tenuous.
It's a tough gig, make no mistake. With all those eyes on him, Surtremon's internal doubts and insecurities are never far behind, and he fears how long he can keep going before the cracks start to show. Still, Surtremon's sense of idealism and optimism has carried him this far, and he will keep his head up as he takes each new challenge in his stride. A promise to an old friend to make a better world.

- Dante's Maelstrom - Surtremon swings Logi, unleashing a hellish barrage of fire and light that obliterates all in its path.
- Devouring Wisp - Surtremon strikes the ground with Logi and leaves it standing, where it releases a cloud of acrid, living flame that smothers, burns and asphixiates all it comes into contact with. It can travel up to fifty metres from the strike point, but will disappear if Logi is removed.
- Star of Muspell - Surtremon creates a barrier of light that absorbs all incoming attacks, storing their energy. He can use the stored energy to increase his own strength, speed or endurance, or he can release the energy in a blinding shockwave.
