By design, the Spokes Sovereignty is to ensure no one singular power over its people. All four perform their roles, and all four contribute to discussions and disagreements. But from the Sovereignty themselves down to the citizens in the streets, it's clear who is the one with the most power; the just mediator and steward of the citizenry, Hasdielmon. Of course, he'd never admit or believe it himself. Despite his grand size and immense internal power, he is a deeply humble and thoughtful being; always one to offer a chance and a listening ear before he deigns to raise a forceful hand.

He is a quiet and contemplative character, scarcely raising his voice, and never one to force his own views above the others. He dislikes being called upon as the centre of attention and the solution to all disputes, but out of the four of them he is the one who will willingly making the final decision, if only to prevent the worst impulses of the others coming through. He doesn’t reveal a lot about himself, not even to the other Sovereigns. But if one were to dig deeper they may possibly find a deeply hurt figure, trying desperately to stop others coming to the same harm he did a long time ago. If only his doubts and passive nature weren't so readily preventing him from stepping in.

• Calvary Dagger - Hasdielmon wields the dagger around his neck, striking at his opponent. He calls upon his inner judge, amplifying the power of his strike in proportion to his sense of justice. The more righteous the cause, the more powerful the blow.
• Guilt Construct - Hasdielmon forms a prism of light around his target, calling upon their deepest regrets and turning it into physical control. He can immobilise them, manipulate their bodies, or even cause deep internal trauma if the guilt is strong enough.
• Celestial Hail - Hasdielmon throws his wings wide, sending a rain of luminscent shards down on his opponents.
